Most people don’t eat enough, the right foods and at the right time to lose weight or boost their metabolism, so the body thinks it needs to hold onto its fat stored in places more people do not want.  It is hard for most people to comprehend that eating smaller portions of healthy food every 3 to 4 hours will speed up their metabolism and fuel their weight loss. However, it has been proven eating more often helps you lose weight. Intermittent Fasting and establishing a regular meal plan will improve your chances of losing weight and keeping it off.

Sleep is vitally important to gain greater health, losing weight, and build your immune system. Sleep plays an important role in your physical health. For example, sleep is involved in healing and repair of your heart and blood vessels. Ongoing sleep deficiency is linked to an increased risk of heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke. National Sleep Foundation guidelinesadvise that healthy adults need between 7 and 9 hours of sleep per night.

EXERCISE

Exercise

It is very important to exercise at least 3 to 5 times weekly during Cardio, Strength Training, and Walking to increase your heart rate going into different heart rate zones; resting, easy, challenging, and pushing your limits.

 

Heart rate elevation aims to boost your metabolism, burn fat, and burn more calories than you consume daily. Exercise increases endorphin levels within the body, which are our body’s natural hormones contributing to euphoria. I called it the “Happy Hormones,” which put me in a zone when I work out. This release of endorphin is what most people associate with this burst of energy called “runner’s high.” Exercise boosts the cardiovascular system with increase your endurance to do many things better over longer; men, this is a hint that will pay dividends with the ladies.

 

The American Heart Association recommends physical activity in Adults and Kids at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity at least five days a week. Exercise has far-reaching benefits that can change your health for the better by Improved Sleep, Sharper Focus, Boost Energy, and Give you More Stamina (Men and Women). Research suggests exercise can reduce depression and anxiety because high-intensity training or aerobic exercise improved cognitive function concerning attention and short-term memory tasks.

Hydration

A properly hydrated person will perform at their peak in all areas of life.  75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated, it’s recommended you drink about ½ of your body weight per day in water to continue toHydrate yourself daily.  Hydration is super important for the body systems to function properly. Dehydration or hypohydration occurs when a loss of fluids exceeds fluid intake.

When dehydrated, the human body does not function at its best and may be at risk for life-threatening diseases. The color of your urine can indicate whether you are dehydrated. When you are adequately hydrated, your body discharges clear urine with a tinge of yellow.

However, concentrated, dark urine is a telling sign of dehydration. At a loss of 3% body fluid, the urine becomes prominently yellow. At 5%, urine is chardonnay-colored. Any more than this is classified as severe dehydration and urine could be orange in color. It is important to note that dark yellow urine can also be a sign of liver conditions such as hepatitis A. Urine caries in appearance, depending upon your level of hydration. Normal urine is a transparent solution ranging from colorless to amber but is usually a pale yellow. Strange colors could be harmless or could indicate serious issues.

Therefore, it is highly important to stay hydrated. If you are in warmer weather, hot climates, and working out 4 to 5 times a week, it is very important to continue to hydrate yourself and seek to place the minerals you depleted during this process.

Replacing the essential minerals and electrolytes from exercising and over extorting yourself is beneficial to maintaining good health. Therefore, we recommend several hydration supplements to replace what you sweat out as you increase your fitness.

Movement

The definition of Movement is noun (CHANGE OF CONDITIONS) ... the act or process of changing a situation or event, or of changing the way something happens, the way things are done, exercising, be in motion, and change the human condition.  Now that we have giving you a part of the definition movement our mission is towe work daily to help our clients increase their movement to change their condition and thinking with exercise, fitness, health, life, and wealth!

During a steady-stateof movement and exercisingthe body metabolism is increased to burn fat and build muscle.  Furthermore, simple movement and exercise strengthen the immune system, improve overall health, and increase wellness.  Intelligent movement, vigorous movement, and continuous movement helps us live longer. Getting your body movingindependent of weight loss will decreases inflammatory in the body and reversing some of the unhealthy changes accumulated through sedentary lifestyle and behaviors.

Movement help you decrease stress. Increased stress causes the remodeling of lymphatic vessels, impairs the proper drainage of tissues, suppressed the immune system, cause a large surge of cortisol (stress hormone) which stop fat loss, and which can have negative consequence on your health.   Get moving doing as little as 20 to 30 minutes of aerobic exercise to promote deep breathing will increase your metabolism to burn off excess fat on your body.
